Not just another apartment, no one below or above. Not perfect, Not new, however it is how you choose to live. Stop and take a moment to think what rental community in the City of Alexandria gives these features. None, compare..off of King Street next to Bradlee Shopping Center is a community called Fairlington Towne take a drive around look closely these are the exact same townhomes as Brookville but they only cost $485,000.00 to purchase they are condo's converted from a rental community just like Brookville, but they were renovated in the early 1980's and are not as updated as Brookville. Now remember they are 2 years older than Brookville too! It's all in what is important to you, when you come home from work do want that community feel or do want to live in a concrete jungle with the masses. Nothing is perfect and will never satisfy everyones needs but Brookville is close for peace of mind and home town feel.
