brookville will evetually go the way jamestowne village did. jamestowne started to neglect their own property, and let JUST ANYBODY in! that was the beginning of the end. they finally decided to sell instead. brookville has allowed several undesirables into this complex, just to fill space. someone on my area has who knows how many adults living there, and three kids. they own 4 cars beteeen them. one abandoned was parked in front and stayed there for months. their va tags (when they have them) have expired. the out of state car has been here since jan. and still has no va tags.they easily get out of paying these exhorbitant property taxes. why arent these cars being towed and/or ticketed' they put trash in cans with no bags and no top. it's disgusting! grass cutting is a joke. there are dead leaves that have been around for months. and no edging done at all. but have u ever noticrd how clean the OFFICE grounds are' they're impeccable! i've been wanting a dog since we moved here, but was told they werent allowed. now that i know the managers have them. i'll start writing letters of complaint to everyone i can. the old maintenance guy can hardly walk and he smokes like a train. how can he fix anything! he usually doesnt. i always end up complaining and then they sent out terry. i hope the new manager is better thn the others.beleive me, they're being swapped out for a reason.
