I have lived here for a couple years and I can honestly say I cannot find another rental place that comes close to this community, unless it's a condo which I am not looking to buy right now.
Solid well built, very little noise. Classic 1950's style townhomes. You do pay more but the feeling is not like renting an apartment you feel as if you own. This is one reason I drive so far to work because I cannot find another place like Brookville to make me want to move.
