I think that Brookville is a nice environment however they do not enforce the rules. There a guy who is the maintanience man and he keeps his car covered up and drives it like every six months and also utilizes another spot in the same area. This is unfair to others around him and his boyfriend also uses a parking spot. That is three residental spaces for one townhome and that isn't fair. I also saw the black rental lady walking a dog out there and I know she stays there. How can you try to enforce things if the people that work there can't even adhere to the standards. Also they need to look into some utiilities being paid for the price you pay. Its kind of expensive.
