How about the assistant manager is dumb is all hell...-------really needs to hire more professional staff. The only one that sound excited over phone when you call is ------, ------on the other hand, can you say poor customer service. Well, I guess that's why she is working their for penny's. She is what makes the sterotype of ------ so true. bad attitude, rude and unproffesional, she will never get a career in a professional enviornment. ------ you need to hire a professional staff...

I absoulutely agree with this! While I am hesitant to resort to stereotyping (not cool!), I would have to agree that ------doesn't appear to know anything about managing an apartment complex. I've had three negative experiences with her in which the source of the problem was a clerical error, or laspe, on her part. She always put the problem off on me, even though I always show up with documentation. I really don't like dealing with her. Perhaps some training would help.

In response to the negative responses about Renee.....I have never had an issues with her/staff and I would think that her credentials are valid or the manager would not have hired her. She follows the rules and you can not judge her because she may not be as warm as the manager......the manager could tell you the exact same thing and because her demeanor is different you would have accepted it! Read your lease and stop sterotyping and criticizing........you had the "balls" to write this type of information about her for the world to see, so you should have told her directly if you were that upset! I have been here for almost a year and had nothing but positive experiences and assistance from management - maintence is GREAT!!! Thanks ------and ------for helping me with my car a few weeks ago.

She is awful. Really, what is her problem!!! She is seriously lacking PEOPLE SKILLS - I thought that was kind of a neccesity in that line of work. She definitly sliped through the cracks.
