I have lived here for some time now and have not had problems that some people are speaking about. It is standard apartment living. Older homes but overall decent for the price. I do not have any problems with bugs or rodents. Maintenance request are almost always handled in 24 hours. Property manager is always available to help with something, the staff in the office does seem to change a bit but if you deal with the same person all the time no need to really worry about that. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in living in a quiet community.

Within 24 hours?! You are one of the lucky ones then. I put in a maintenance request 3 weeks ago, then again 1 week ago...It still hasn't bee addressed.
