I've lived here for a while and everything was great up until they changed management!! I cannot believe how rude the staff is! I can't begin to tell you how many times I've been hung up on. When you call the office and ask a simple question, you are told you "have to speak with -----" well if you speak with ----- she will either be beyond rude and not really answer your question because she doesn't know anything, or will tell you to "speak with -----" ------is okay but is never around! I have so many crickets that get into the house I might as well live outside (the crack at the bottom of the door doesn't go down far enough, thus crickets jump in). The house upstairs is freezing in the winter and Georgia HOT in the summer (the vents are old and placed in odd spots so the heat/air doesn't circulate). The 3 bedroom is more like a 2 bedroom and a walk in closet. The air in the house smells stale and old and musty...you catch a whiff often no matter how much you clean. The "half bath" is off the kitchen...yeah GROSS! and it is literally 2'x3'(Speaking of kitchen that is where you will wash and dry your clothes as well) . The actual bathroom upstairs is not much better maybe 5'x6'. The closet doors don't stay on the hinges. The ceiling fans are super noisy. Parking is not bad. Maintenance is great - when the leasing office gets the message to them.....They say the neighborhood is beautiful.. It looks like a dump they haven't remodeled the outside in YEARS! They also say there is a nearby "river" it is dry year round but when it is flowing it is usually when we get our big rain for the year and it smells like a dumpster. There is so much that is WRONG with this place that it is just not worth it anymore. Especially recetly there have been some acts of crime - Car windows smashed in, emblems stolen off cars and a lot of suspicious Loitering recently. But the worst part is that they don't care about their residents - they will treat you like crap.

Then why did you move in? You know all the dimensions when you moved in right? I saw the model before I moved here, so I was fully aware of everything with the home. If, (but I never do), I have bugs in my home, get on the exterminator list. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but this is really not a bad place to live.

The bug situation is out of hand! We have huge crickets that get in almost daily. There are cockroaches and mice - and tons of other unidentifiable bugs. The exterminator service is a complete joke. They spray the same thing every time they come and it does NOTHING. And I agree, the creek by the "park" smells like a dirty diaper. And to the above response, the model looks nothing like the actual townhomes. If yours does and you've had good luck, well, then good for you. But not everyone has the great experience you've had at crappy Brookville.

Brookville is the absolute worst place I have ever lived. This review is completely accurate. The staff truly could not care less about their residents and are far less than helpful with any kind of problem. If they don't know the answer to a question that you ask them, then they get mad at you like it's your fault and you're retarded for even asking. I would never reccomend anyone to move into these apartments unless you enjoy being harassed by your management on a daily basis and completely blown off when you have a problem.
