First of all, the Brookville management is terrible. I agree that they pass off your problems to the next person and the next person NEVER gets back to you. Wow they must be busy, probably taking kick backs from towing your car. They treat their residents terribly, making up dumb rules and then riding with the towing guys to tow their residents cars. What service!!! If you ever needed a tow, come here, the towing company always hangs out in our office with the staff.
Oh and we have beautifully painted white lines showing you where to park, but the conditions of the roads are so poor and never get updated that you are likely to break an axel driving up one of the roads or parking lots, and may get a nail or two in a tire because of construction that never gets cleaned up.
The townhouses are old, but we knew that moving in. We did not know however, that they leak like a sieve and that the basement that is a luxury to have, needs to have a foot of elevation for your stuff if you don't want your things ruined. Oh and forget it if you need help when you are flooding. But our apartment will be for rent soon if you want to move in here, we are done.

Good for you, hope you find a better place. I feel like this place is sucking everything out of me. I've had my car towed twice and they don't even pay for your water bill at least on top of everything else. Also, they said they were going to raise my rent to only 5% but when I calculated it to their new rent it was 6% and when I brought this to the staff's attention they said "oh, bring it up to management, well isn't that who they work for and supposed to bring issues up with? I knew where this was going so I never bothered. It never stops, I've had it.

Your review says it all about the parking. We've been towed three times - once because you cannot have two cars from the same unit in the same parking lot. What?! But you can park in any other lot or on the street with the tree roots protruding so badly you can barely drive on them. This place sucks and the management doesn't care at all about the tenants. When my lease is up, I'm OUT.

Anyone considering moving here should think twice. This review is 100% correct!!!!!! I have been towed 3 times myself in just the past 6 months and not one of them was because I broke any rules. It was because the office staff lost the updated paperwork I gave them and therefore had me towed because my info was not correct on their files. They make mistakes and make their residents pay for it and could not care less when you come in and talk to them. They are very rude and far less than helpful and care more about making money and contracting with the tow company as some sort of power trip over their residents. Every single person, including me, will be moving out when their lease is up. So if you're really looking for a horrible place to live where you can be harassed on a daily basis by the office staff then there will be plenty of openings here within the next year.
