I do not know if it is because I am in the Military or I have a positive personality and the staff and management picks up on that however I have never had problems with them. There is no perfect place on this earth. I would have to say that the leasing staff is all some.

It may be that you're in the military but it may also be you haven't had any crisis happen to you yet in Brookville...knock on wood.

Clearly you've never been towed for some ridiculous reason and have never had to actually deal with the management about any kind of real problem because they will push you off on someone else any chance they get and will talk down to you like you have no idea what you're talking about. This management is less than professional and has never heard of customer service. Apparently their job description stated that they were to harass their residents daily instead of actually providing service to the residents. No one should move in to Brookville until this management is fired.

I have lived here for years. There is not a perfect place on earth, but they are VERY BAD compared to the last management staff. They are unresponsive, mean, they don't get back to you for important things, they don't honor contracts, they loose paperwork all the time. We have many friends in the apartments, and we all agree that the management here is worse than any other with which we have been associated not just here but anywhere. The military actually pays our housing so it takes allot for me to actually complain.
