If you work in DC, the location is great and the monthly rent is reasonable, but you definitely pay the price in other ways. First, Management's records are in disarray. They constantly lose your paperwork which includes birthdates, social security numbers, and car registration info. Second, because they lose your car info, your car gets towed. Management will do nothing to correct the problem. To add insult to injury, reporting the problem to their bosses will get you no where as well. They don't return calls and could care less. I wouldn't be surprised if Brookville receives kick backs from the towing company for every car towed. It is really out of control and management does nothing. Third, submitting maintenance requests will usually get you nothing. They are painfully slow to fix problems. Maintenance has, however, seemed to somewhat improve in the last few months.

This review is 100% correct. I have lived here for 3 years and never had any complaints about it until this management came in. Now the complaints I have here are countless and all have to do with the management the parent company Dreyfuss brought in. This has been the WORST management I have ever dealt with in my time living here. They don't care at all about their residents which is very obvious when any situation comes up. You cannot park your car outside without being scared that it will still be there the next time you walk out your door. It is absolutely ridiculous and this management needs to be fired. On the bright side over the next year as people's leases expire there will be alot of vacancies here at Brookville, so it should not be hard at all for you to get in here if you are someone who enjoys being harassed on a daily basis by the office staff and tow company.
