It is incredible to me that this has become a sounding board of obviously angry people.
I however will not go to insulting people, who cannot defend themselves in order to address my point. This is an older property. I happen to like that.
I wish that people with children, would learn how to raise their kids. Apparently people think that it is ok to let children out to play WITHOUT adult supervision. It is the year 2008, right''' And, do they not have respect for those fellow residents that don't have children. My neighbors son CONTINUOUSLY plays on the front porch of our home....fooling around with our mailbox and what not.
All I want to do is, come home and enjoy my evening...but oh, I can't the boy next door is yelling and screaming!!!!!
Over all, this place is cool. I've been here for 3 years now, I may look into purchasing...not sure.

Go live in an old person community if you don't want to be around children. That is a ridiculous complaint. Of all the things to complain about these apartments you pick that? Come on! The best part of your review is how the tone of the whole thing is about how annoyed you are on a daily basis living here and then your last sentence says it's cool to live here. Nice touch.

For the person who referred the original poster to an old person's community: I'm a former resident, and I, too, had a complaint with the people who let their kids run amok on the back driveways. I liked to be able to leave my windows open and enjoy the nice weather, but continously had to close them because of the screaming kids right under my window. How is that any different from me blaring my stereo and intruding in your living space? Aside from the fact that the lease stipulates that children may only play in the designated play areas, I think it's a form of child abuse to house a child or children in an apartment. And finally, if YOU can't abide by the terms of the lease YOU signed, maybe YOU should move to either a single-family home or a more chidren-friendly apartment community.

You can't be serious, a form of child abuse to house children in an apartment. Where should we house our children in a zoo?
