I moved here in 1999, and then again in 2003. Since living here the second time we have had bug problems. The office sends someone to spray and that's it. We had a bad mold in our basement. All they did was paint over it and now it's back again. When you call the office they have a nasty attitude in the tone of there voice. I will say the maintenance staff has always been friendly now that hey have gotten rid of a man named james brown. He smelled so bad and would always make these noises and act as if he was doing you a favor in trying to do his job. My wife and I are moving out when our lease is up. The electric goes out all the time also. The do offer a lot of space for the price. But when you factor in the price and you pay all utilities but the power goes out all the time, you never get to use all of your utilities. The management needs to be changed.

I lived there from 2005-2008. When I first moved in, there was no problem with bugs. I think they change exterminators, because all of a sudden I had a HUGE problem with these little black ants all over my kitchen, and they got into everything. It was nice that they had a contractor exterminator, but it was ineffective.
