A very nice play to stay, if you have a small family, rooms are pretty small but it's worth it. I love the neighborhood, havent had any major problems since i've moved here. Rent went up $50.00 last year, just worried what's going to happen this year' For the rent and utilities that i pay here, i should have a mortage. I just hope the rent stays the same since the economy isn't doing well right now. But overall 2 thumbs up.

Anonymous - you ask if peoples' rents have gone up, but you havent posted your experience. My renewal notice and price info hasn't happened yet, but I'll post the info when it does happen.
