Though I haven't visited this establishment, I am interested in perhaps renting a 2 bedroom apartment home within this complex however, I wanted to know if anyone could tell me what the stipulations are regarding credit checks' Is there a set credit score that the Management company is looking for, if so, what would that minimum score be' Also, what is being used FICO, Vantage, Plus, or some other scoring system. In addition, what excludes an applicant from being accepted and/or conditionally accepted as a potential tenant. I have seen past postings on Craigslist for Affordable Housing opportunities. Are these still available' Are there any photos, other than the generic photos that you use, of the actual layout of the particular floorplans being offered'

One other thing that has peaked my interest, surely out of all the tenants who reside in this establishment, why is there only 2 postings' Are there not that many tenants who are presently being housed here' All information that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I believe your combined income has to be $75,000 for the 2 bedrooms. I would suspect that there are not too many reviews online because the units are new so not that many people are living there yet, and the people that are there are waiting so they can give an accurate review. The floor plans online accurately depict the layouts of the units.

There aren't many reviews because they place was nearly empty for a long time. There are better values in nearby condos.
