Great place to live if you can take advantage of the deal

PROS
-Large kitchens with granite and SS appliances
-Almost all utilities included
-Nice large bathrooms
-Spacious floor plans
-Walking distance to metro and theater/food
-Everything brand new
-Gym facilities are phenomenal
-Friendly staff (the concierges are all extremely nice)
CONS
-Water temperature is fickle
-Parking lot is extremely tight
-Some minor construction noise
If you are able to take advantage of one of their deals for these apartments, they are a heck of a bargain. If you have to pay the market rate, I guess it would be debatable, though I'd still recommend it.
