we've been here a year now and don't have many complaints. the staff is generally friendly (if a little phony), the gym is nice, don't have to pay a/c or heat costs, the unit has an attractive layout with plenty of space and good appliances. neighbors are all great. haven't had a single maintenance issue in the year we've been here.

soundproofing between units is great, but construction noise from the outside is constantly waking us up.

water pressure in the showers is a bit lame, but is by no means a deal-breaker.

price is pretty high, but that comes with the area.

all in all i'd recommend this place to a friend if they could afford it.

Do you hear a lot of dogs from your apartment or other noise, like resident conversations, and the like? If not, would you say that is the same with most other units in the building? I am thinking of moving there in a 2 bedroom.
