I must call maintenance often to fix things and they keep breaking again! Either the staff can't fix it or the building is just falling apart. Interesting since this building is brand new. The maintenance staff is REALLY sweet though.. but I am not happy about the rest of the staff. They can be rude. The people who live here are not friendly either.

Hum....,I live here also and it doesn't sound like we even live in the same bldg. We've had some minor issues that were addressed immediately, but we've found everyone, from the staff and residents to be very friendly and concerned.
