Good value for the money. Very convenient to Oldtown and restaurants. Convenience store on the premises. No washer/dryer in unit, but 2 of each on each floor. Nice outdoor pool. The negative side to this rental complex is the electricy/gas bill is averaged based on the square footage of your rental unit.
