Change is the word to describe my expereinces here. 4 years and 4 differnet property managers(What does that say). A lot of construction, my car was broken into once and tires slashed twice, licence plate stolen as well. Bad lighting in the parking lots. Since the start of construction 40% of the upper lots are taken up by construction vehichles. This will go on for at least another 6-9 months. The two elevators that they do have are small and are almost always broken.In addition to the water being in repair almost on a weekly basis. Management is rude and is and lack positive customer skills. I am trying to figure out what the upside is in this unit.....Had I know all of this I would have chosen someplace else.
