I was looking for a place to live and I work with someone who lives here and I thought the horror stories were a little embellished so I found 4 other people and only one was optomistic saying that things should be better when the construction ends and don't talk to anyone in the rental office after you move in. Most complaints were about maintenance and how the office personel treats their residents from not speaking to them to telling people if they don't like it...move.
