I lived in Carydale East 2 years ago, and it was terrible. While living there, we had roach problems, and TONS of mice. We kept our place clean, but I knew it was time to move out, when I saw an entire family of mice (5) run through our apartment. I moved out of there just as the elevator construction was beginning, but it was terrible - I woke up to loud banging every morning at 7. I would not recommend this place.
