I currently live in this dump. It is the most horrible place to stay. First of all, the building managers are some of the worst slimeballs in the USA. They lack customer service skills and are rude about anything you can think of. You ask for maintenance to fix a problem in your apartment, they never send maintenance. You ask for a package that you know was delivered to the front office, they lie and say the package is not there. The building has mice and rats. Some of the buildings units are infested with bed bugs (this is one of the most awful amenities of living here). The fire department always has to come to save people who are trapped in the elevators. IT IS HOT and Stink in the Summer. The air conditioning units do no justice to this building. Furthermore, the air conditioning units have green and black mold growing near the filters at the bottom of the A/C units. There is always domestic violence in the hallways and in apartment units (at least 3 of my neighbors on this floor of the building; mostly on weekends in the early morning hours). Oh and did I mention that management is extremely rude to the residents. As soon as i get enough money saved up and locate another apartment, I'm gettin' the hell out of here. This is the worst place ever. The washing machines and dryers are old, crummy, and damned near useless. I always have to hunt for washing machines and dryers that are on other floors of the building because many of the machines stain you clothing and the dryers always take 2 cycles to dry your clothes (even if your only washing a load of light clothing like underwear or something).

You are 100% correct --- the property manager, Rose is an insult to all og humanity, she has no customer service skills, and less than professional, her "house -----" Sam, is her snitch all that she can't see and hear he reports to her ... don't do it, please do not seek to live at Carydale East ....
