This place is great, I have lived here for over 4 years and have had no problems..I would never live in a place for over 6 months if it was soooo HORRIBLE,Who does that''' Perfect location I pay no utilities and I enjoy living here..please do not make a decision based on people who live over 3 years in an apartment that is soooo HORRIBLE.LOL pretty silly if you ask me.They obviously have other issues.

You are obviously someone who works there. You gave every criteria 5 out of 5 stars except noise! Did you see the VINYL TILES they installed in the new elevator room? Not granite, not marble, not ceramic, but VINYL TILES THAT SELL FOR 89 CENTS EACH AT HOME DEPOT! So there is no way that you could say the construction is 5/5. And, by the way, thank you for courteously (what a joke!) responding to my complaint about the person smoking in the hallway this afternoon.
