I have been a resident of Carydale Village since April 2006. At first I thought the place was a steal for the price, then on the day I signed my lease it turned out to be the apt from hell. The management is horrible, the lease agreement is even worse and do they even have a maintenance staff' Roaches and unidentified bugs have infested these apts. The grounds are poorly kept and the kids in that neighborhood are terrible. You walk outside your house and find shopping carts from the local shops right in front of your door. There is trash everywhere; you would think they didn't have dumpsters in the community. The property manager is horrible and the owners of these apt are even whose. At this point I don't care about price; I just need to get out of those apts. I would not recommend these apts to anyone. Not even my worse enemy.

I am moving to the area and am having a little difficulty finding an apartment that allows dogs over 50lbs(i have a lab), hardwood floors and under 1200 a month. Is there any other information you can provide about this building? Thanks for your help. Lynn

I can honestly say I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are brick townhouse apts/some garden style. In a fairly small community surround by a lot of other apts and condo's which are just as bad. Maintenance is unresponsive. And the neighborhood is embarrassing. The price is excellent; I would have to agree, but I don't think it???s worth it. If you can find a better place to live please do. I would recommend a few off of old mill road

Just moved here. The townhomes are NICE and spacious and the price is great. I mean this isnt an upscale neighborhood by no means (low to middle class) but it is relatively quiet and ok for someone low on cash looking to get back on their feet. The main problem are the bugs and roaches (working on that now). Other than that, I would recommend it for a single person looking to get back on their feet, but not a place to raise a family, one could do better.. lol
