I have lived at the Cascade at Landmark for 1 year and I love it! I have had some issues with management in the past. We have since gotten new management and Jen is doing a wonderful job. Every time I go down there someone always makes time for me. My maitenance requests are taen care of immediately. I can agree that they love 30 day notices. I got one for a whopping $6.37 for utilities. And I must agree that there is something shady about these electric bills. But I never hear my neighbors, in fact I am starting to believe no one else lives on my floor. My neighbors are really friendly. And where else can you rent an apartment with a washer and dryer, free tanning bed, swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, free garage parking, and 24 hour front desk service for only $900 a month. Yes they do tow cars in the front parking lot... That is because there are only 10 spaces up there and all they ask is that you obtain a parking pass from the front desk before parking there. And if that is too difficult than you can park on the street.



And if you get a fine for not pooper scooping then you should pay double, because I hate going to wash my car and stepping in that mess. It is your friendly pet and you should clean up after it.



If you want lots of ameneties and you want to be close to the city and the metro, but you odn?t want outrageous rent, then I recommend Cascade at Landmark.
