Immanuel complained about noises in the apartment above him that no one even lived in. Can we say cry baby' I was a resident at Cascade and know of this resident quite well. He never cleaned up after his pet after many times I witnesses him letting his dog crap all over the place. This must be his endless defense to his not so perfect pet. I heard the tenants above him were evicted because he complained so much. However, no one ever complained of the hookers Mr. Marcus would bring in the building. How tasteful is that' There are some people who break the rules and blame it on management that they are the ones screwed up. I have always seen the management staff that actually belonged to Cascade (not Burns Security) treat Immanuel with much more patience than he deserved, if you gave him an inch he took two miles. Immanuel was such a mental case himself, he should of been the one to have been evicted. He would call the police if someone just knocked on his door. Sounds like a "man" to me!
Give Cascade a break, the girls did a wonderful job of what they were given to work with, it's not their fault Equity has such a tight grip on the cash flow. I say they could of paid more attention to other needs in the building if Immanuel would of taken all of the time in the office crying like a baby every day.
