When you request something to get fixed, which something is always breaking. They do a terrible job. Whatever they fix breaks again within a week and it takes four men to do a one man job. The hallway is always dirty and the side wall fixtures keep on falling to the middle of the floor. Never being fixed. Rent prices continue to rise. Never water in the work out room. The dry cleaners located on the lower level will lose or not have your clothing complete when told. You will have to remind her a few times and get your items back about a week late. Parking is terrible if you have a two bedroom apt you only get one reserved spot. If your spouse or roomate gets home at four you have to wait till 6p.m. to park on the street. They only provide 20 spaces for visitors. This is alway full. So dont invite anyone over. The sun is getting blocked out due to construction in the front and back of the apartment building. No grass will be left soon. Not fun if you have a pet. Also have fun sleeping in. Construction starts at 7am and ends around 730 p.m.
