We have been living at Cascade at Landmark for 3 years. When we first moved in, our rent was very reasonable, we loved the amenities, and we've never heard any neighbors. About 2-3 months ago, however, the entire staff was replaced. They are currently going through the parking spaces. We turned in our sheet to the concierge, who never turned it in to the office, so we are threatened to have our vehicle towed. They gave away the 2nd space we have been renting for $35/mo for the past 2 years, and now want to charge an extra $100 plus the rent increase! They admitted, since the previous staff left, there wasn't much of a handover of duties, and everything is out of control. That is just one example of many problems, and the lack of concern is ridiculous. There is no communication whatsoever between the person at the desk, and the office. Sometimes the concierge forgets to put a sticker on our mailbox, so we go days not knowing we have a package. This area is getting more and more shady, so we are very anxious to leave.

This person is right! I can't believe they were paying $35 for parking, they charged us $100! The area is a total hole. At the end of our lease we will be transfered out of the country, but I really wish it was sooner!

I have been in this apartment for a year and a half. I would leave now, but I cannot afford to sign a six month lease somewhere else until I leave in August. The leasing staff is comprised of the most disrespectful and unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered. From speaking negatively about the tenants to ignoring maintenance requests, they are extreemly difficult to live with. I would NEVER recommend this complex to anyone!!
