I currently live at Foxwood Place Apartments in Alexandria, VA managed by Fairfield. I would not recommend this management company to anyone nor does anyone else in my building as the majority of us have or will be moving out. As the title reads, I haven t even moved in yet and the management company at Cascade has already been more than accommodating. There was a mix up with my move in date, and the apartment I was supposed to move in to is no longer available. However, the assistant manager Casey did not only help me, but bent over backwards for me. She was able to get me the same apartment at the same price just on a different floor at the move in date that I wanted even though the apartment I am now moving in to is supposed to be more expensive and had a move in date of 3 weeks earlier than I wanted. Casey worked out all of this for me with no hassle. It is nice to finally have a management company that cares about its renters unlike where I live now.
