The cons outweigh the pros here. There is a roach problem and no extermination done by management. Old building with thin walls, very noisy. You can expect all closet doors to fall off on a regular basis. Kitchen is extremely small with not enough storage space for even barest of essentials. Fuses blow on regular basis. No lock on front door, although safe neighborhood it is worrisome. Air conditioning units very old and don't work well. Management has attitude problem.

Pros are that it is very cheap and all utilities are included. Parking is ample and free. Del Ray neighborhood is great.
