Lots of them. Everywhere. In the bedroom,living room, and, of course, kitchen and bathroom. At least in the Lacey Court buildings. Management will have exterminators come every two weeks if you request it, but the cockroaches remain. They probably need to tent the place, but my guess is that won't happen. Also, it can be noisy. Tenants often play their music loudly, it is next to a busy street, and there are several dog owners in the neighborhood who leave their dogs in their yards to bark the day away. If you can live with the cockroaches, then go for it. The location is great and the prices are reasonable.
