NEW Resident...not anymore

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
I moved in a month ago. I have no complaints. YES, there are 6-legged critters [a first for me in 3 years in NoVA], however i bought some d-Con and other infestation problem solvers and I can say that I have seen a total of 4 critters in one month.
My neighbors are an eclectic bunch, Asian, Hispanic, elderly, and All-American. It is a quiet building and if there is any noise, the neighbors will turn it down. I walk to work so I enjoy my commute. The management is so friendly and profoundly helpful.
I don't use the laundry facilities [i refuse to use ANY facilities for ANY apartment communities, though]. My only gripe is water pressure. But, I have been in far worse situations.
Again, I have no complaints. I will keep things updated as the months go by.
Well, it has been almost a year.....and the problems have arrived!!!
While previous posts stated bug problems, I really had no problems UNTIL the exterminator came and sprayed. Then I saw critters I never knew i was harboring.
And, when they say that maintenance is a J-O-K-E!!!! Maintenance is NON-existent. I came home in February to no electricity. I called the emergency number and left my info. It is now Almost July and I am still awaiting someone to get back to me. I called yesterday to have the air conditioner checked....when it was 88 degrees outside. Today, it is over 90 degrees and I AM DYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Would I recommend this place to anyone' Just the people I truly dislike!!!!
