I've lived here two years. I can't afford to move so I'll be re-signing for year 3 soon. They raise the rent every year due to "administrative costs" but put zero money into the complex. My on-site laundry facility wasn't working for over a year before they finally purchased new washers and dryers but they only bought two of each for many, many people. There are always bugs in the kitchen so keeping it swept, clean and tidy is necessary for bug reduction. Maintenance doesn't happen unless you have a power outtage, water outtage or a leak/flood. Sewage routinely backs up into the area outside of the laundry room so a strong stomach and scented candles are needed. Any sound or smell in the hallway makes its way into the apartment. There is always parking spots and guests can park in the street. The apt. manager is a young woman who never returns phone calls and usually doesn't answer the phone. It's a safe neighborhood so I don't know what the other reviewer was referring to. I run at night and never have a problem. Several neighbors have many relatives living with them regardless of local laws. Several of my neighbors are guests to this country. My car has been hit twice in the parking lot (I wasn't in the car either time) so I have found you cannot park near the entrance and need good car insurance.
