Cherry Arms Apartments

DON'T RENT HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   The aparments are very spacious. That is the only good thing about Cherry Arms. The neighborhood is not great. The people living in the apartments are all inconsiderate jerks! The rental office staff is rude and they won't do anything to assist you. Most of the time they are not even in the office when you try to call or stop by. You can hear everything going on in the hallways & other apartments. The parking there stinks! When I had people come visit they always had to park at the bottom of the complex and walk to the top. As for security HA HA HA. That is a joke! My car was broken into and I saw 4 other cars that were broken into also. If it is your last resort move in. If not stay away!
