I lived here for about a week. When I first toured the apartment it was decent. The floor plan was extremely spacious and well laid out, so after the tour I signed the lease. My fiance had not seen the apartment so that night I decided after a movie and dinner to show her our new place. When I opened the door there was the most sickening smell. We both instantly felt nausiated.(We later learned that the smell was their insecticide, that they had sprayed right after I signed the lease.) We turned on the lights and all you could see everywhere were insects from every species known to man. It was the most disgusting thing I had ever witnessed in my life. I quickly turned off the lights and we left the apartment. The one good thing I could say is that they honored their 30 day satisfaction gaurantee, which allowed me to break my lease and find another place.
I would not let my fiance (who was also pregnant at the time) stay there, but I stayed there for the remainder of the week.( I wish I hadnt because I did get sick) The maintenance was very courteous, but the nice son of a B**** changed the locks on my door but didnt bother securing them to the door frame. I came home from work and put my key in the door but before I turned it I paused , I'm not sure why but I decided to just push on the door and what do you know the door just pushed right open with the deadbolt latched to the frame mount that was never attached to the frame. These people need mental help for subjecting people to this complex. Dont move here and if you already have leave...
