I lived at Cherry Arms for about thirteen years and found that it was far the best place ever to reside. The grounds are beautiful.The people that work there were the very best. All work request were handle the day of or next day. I would recommed this community to all. I had to move out of the area. Way to go Cherry Arms apartments and staff.

I was just wondering why you would NOT recommend this if you so highly praise it? I'm looking to move to Alexandria this summer and Cherry Arms was one of the complexes I looked at. Thanks.

The apartments may be a nice place to live but the parking is a nightmare on top of a even worse nightmare these apartments are not the place to live unless you only have one car.

I used to live there in 1993, the management was nice the neighbors in my building (7133) were a little strange but the parking was the worst. My parents hated to visit because of the limited guest spaces and they had trouble walking. Other than that I just recommended it to my younger sister who's looking to rent, what's this I hear about gangs? That was never an issue when I was there but I am no longer in the state, is there a gang problem?
