I have lived in Cherry Arms for 6 months now and any problem I have had was addressed immediately. Workers are on call 24 hours a day and respond very quickly no matter how small your problem is. There are your normal amount of bugs. (mostly beatles that come in from outside as I'm on the first floor) I've seen a few small roaches which is to be expected. They exterminate a mandatory time of every three months. If you want it done more all you have to do is call and it is no problem. The office staff is exceptional and they treat you the same as if you are a prospective buyer after you have moved in. Although I have heard it's a high crime area, I have never seen evidence of this in my complex.
