Cherry Arms Apartments

Good deal, great location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I love my apartment. I have a one bedroom, great floorplan. The maintenance of the buildings and grounds is much better than I had expected in such a cheap neighborhood. The utilities are included (except electric- but you can get budget plan and pay the same amout every month) My neighbors have been polite, quiet and respectful. The people upstairs walk a little heavy, but that is life. Parking can be a little tricky- fortunatly we are in the building with the most guest parking. The laundry rooms are clean and almost always available. I have never had my apartment sprayed for bugs (we have a 3 month old and I don't want him breathing whatever it is, so I asked not to spray) But I have NEVER seen any bugs or other creatures. REALLY, I have never seen so much as a house spider, believe it or not. We are outgrowing our little space and are considering the gigantic two bedroom. Hopefully we will have the same luck there.
