	The parking sucks. The leasing office only assings one parking space per apartment and all the guest parking is at the top of a high hill.

	I've lived here almost a year and have had absolutely no problems whatsoever. The staff and maintenance people are friendly and helpful at all times. My neighbors are friendly and quiet. The only thing I would add is more washers ... more
