Save your money, this place has become an absolute dump.

And if you're a single female moving here to live by yourself - don't even think about it. If so, buy lots of knives, mace. And don't forget the roach spray.

Right on! Parking sucks. They claim to have a towing company 24 hours a day towing cars which do not have a sticker, yeah what a load of ---- that is. I come home late at night about 4-5 days a week after 10 and I can count on more than two hands the number of cars who do not have a EOS sticker or visitor pass. I don't know why they have given the condo owners so much parking. They should have to fight for spots just like all of us renters do...Back by the buildings off of South Reynolds, none of those parking spots are ever full, but everyone is discouraged from parking there because they could get towed. I totally agree with your assumptions of the rudness of the office staff. All they care about is telling lies to perspective renters/buyers and do not care about current residents. This place sucks. I would rather move to some places in SE pay 600 bucks less a month and would probably have a better experience than this place. RENTER BEWARE...AVOID EOS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
