I have lived here for 7 months now. I have read all the reviews. I live on the bottom floor. I really like it here. I haven't had any problems. Problems seem to get taken care of when someone lets the right people know. I think that people see problems and they just think that someone else has already complained so they don't report the issue. I haven't had any roaches.

It was a little hot in the winter but we just cracked the window open a bit and it was perfect.

There are a lot of good amenities. Free shuttle to the metro is probably the best one. I wish the pool was open more through out the year.

I think it all depends on where you live on the property that makes a difference. My neighbors are great people. None of them ever complain about the property.

I agree with the original poster. I have lived here for 2.5 years and have not had a roach problem. I even spoke to my neighbor last week about it. He has a cat and does not have roaches either. I think they did a good job with the new computer center and the bus to the metro is great. I have had no problems or complaints except for my upstairs neighbor overflowing their bathtub into mine. I heard that sometimes management will transfer you to a different building if you are not happy with the roaches.

Transfer you to a different buidling if you are not happy with roaches? There should never be the mention of roaches in any living area, no matter where you live. This place is utterly disgusting and no one should tolerate any roaches in their apartment. If management offered me a free month's rent for every roach I find, I would be set for life, if I continued to live here. This place is pathetic!!!!

So obviously written by someone in the management office. "I think they did a good job with the new computer center and the bus to the metro is great." Get real... and nice try at advertising. This place is totally not worth the money, and don't ever get duped by the "model apartment" scheme.

Well, I'm quite happy with my roaches.In fact one my roaches - Big Daddy, that's what I named him on account that he's such a sweetheart -often draws a nice warm bubble bath and has it waiting for me when I get home from work.

I think people forget that this placed is owned by one company and managed by another,sometimes the two companies don't agree leaving its staff with a lost for words or resolve. I am not in any way sayingg that it makes it right but lets be real. Roaches dont come from the company but from our neighbor's. This place is running down because of us, not the company. Bozzuto is the managing company, have you even seen a Bozzuto owned and managed complex, they are beautiful. But they don't get a say in all that happens here. Parking issues would have to go too the company Orion, I believe is the name of it. Look if we think about it, they are just as annoyed with the lack of being able to do all the changes all 2200 of us want. I think the original post this time around is right. They said that this place isn't that bad if you MENTION IT!!!
