I wish I'd known about the reviews here before I moved in, and now I'm counting down the days until my lease ends. Let me break down the ratings categories below:

Parking: Not after 6pm

Noise: The walls and ceilings are thin; hope you have quiet neighbors.

Grounds: The grounds are unsafe -- lots of break-ins and the onsite store has been robbed a couple of times. They tore what used to be the tennis courts (but have been used for garbage ever since I moved in) and promised they would do some landscaping, but now it's just a giant patch of mud and torn up cement that's been sitting there for months.

Safety: See above. I wouldn't be out alone after dark.

Construction: Shoddy. The buildings are REALLY old, and unless you live in one of the more expensive upgraded apartments, appliances, floors, counters, etc. have all seen much better days.

Maintenance: They are pretty quick about coming when you call, unless you call after hours (then they just don't answer the phone). I've heard that other people have had problems with things turning up missing, though. They are also pretty free about entering your place whenever they want -- we had to call and tell them that they couldn't enter nless we had called first or gotten advance notice from them that they would be coming in.

Staff: The staff basically act as though your problems and questions are a huge inconvenience to them, and are not shy about letting you know. Emails go unanswered half of the time.

Overall: Rent elsewhere!
