I like my apartment and the services offered at Eos. I love the free shuttle to the metro and the size of my apartment. I have a king size bed and it fit's much better in my bedroom then my last apartment. The trash compactors are new but I had to take my trash to the dumpster in my last community so it's not a big deal for me. Overall no complaints. I agree with the other person that posted. I've read some of the other posts and I don't know what has changed but I'm happy here.

Are you kidding me? I am moving out of this community thanks to mold, a drug bust in my building and the murder next door. The management has not addressed my issues in a timely manner, I still have a leaky toilet, the drains are all clogged, the roaches run amok, the security is terrible (got my chair stolen from my patio), and I found an apartment in Crystal City that costs pretty much the same and has a much much better reputation.

Hello ambarry1975, Please contact me at jcrick@bozzuto.com. I realize that I may not be able to persuade you from moving out but I would like the opportunity to address any current issues and get to the bottom of why your issues were not addressed in a timely manner so that it doesn't happen again with someone else. Sincerely, Joe Crick, General Manager

Good luck fitting your stuff in any apartment in Arlington. Trust me, i've been from place to place within the last few years and Arlington has by far the smallest apartments ever. Way overpriced too, great location but I'm fine with EOS. I can take the shuttle to the metro and be in arlington in 10 minutes and still not live so crampped up. Keep in mind that the roaches will follow if you help them survive and try not putting grease and other stuff in your next apartment, i'm sure that'll prevent ya from getting any more clogged drains. I've been there, done that. I treat my apartments as they were my own and take care of what I have, so none of those problems exists for me. Good luck on your move. Oh, yeah, i agree with the person who posted the original post here, all the other places i've lived at had compacters, so no issues with me. Just had to get back in the grove.
