I have been living here for nearly a year now, my experience has been very enjoyable. I have never had any parking issues. I do however wish that there were more visiting passes. Nothing in my apartment has broken down as others say. I have no complaints.
My apartment is very spacicious, kitchen is nicely updated, bathrooms are great. I love the fact that we do have a washer/dryer in our unit. My neighbors are quite friendly and I enjoy watching people walk their dogs outside. The parking lot in my area are all very lighted.
I'm very pleased.

What a crock... the place is a dump. You can always tell when management or their friends write this. For anyone looking at these, don't allow them to show you just one building. Take a walk though many of the buildings and note the stains on the carpet, the smell of trash and the holes they drill at the tops of the walls near the ceilings to spray for roaches.

I'm not on a condo side nor am I friends with anyone who works for EOS21. My husband and I are I guess just lucky. I live on the first floor of my building and smell nothing foul, my apartment has absolutely no stains and all the guests we have give us nothing but compliments on our home. Perhaps you should ask to be moved to a different apartment. What building are you in? Sorry your experience is so bad. I'm glad our place is great.

Thank goodness Joe Crick is taking over. I don't rent there, but own a condo there. I found out through an FBI friend of mine that the previous staff was Federally indited on embezzlement and racketeering charges. Hopefully the staff has changed
