I've read some of the reviews and after living here for a few months, I feel like we live in different apartments. I have seen 1 or 2 roaches here in the past 7 months! Not too shabby. Although I can't always find parking directly in front of the apartment door, there is always parking. I like this place because it's just enough space for my husband, baby and dog.
My husband and I were a little upset that we now have to walk to the trash compacter, there was a trash room in each building prior to just a few days ago. But changes occur, and I guess it's supposed to prevent roaches in the building. Anyway, there are a few tenants who have been leaving garbage outside, that is the part that bothers us- it's pretty disturbing. I just saw signs out yesterday stating that there will be a fine, hopefully this will keep that from happening any more.
I have a two bedroom, 2 bath, w/laundry. I can't complain- just wish I could ring people in the building instead of going downstairs to open the door myself.

lol, They never fix those intercoms. I lived there 2 years, and I believe they will never fix that. You probably live in Building C or D that side is ok for parking, because it has Model Apts, so that helps in saving some space. Roaches come with filth, I never had a roach problem in that place, if you are clean you won't have the problem so we can agree there. Just Felt I was paying to much for broken intercoms and no parking.

I've been the General Manager at Eos 21 for about 4 months now and that is actually one of the first issues I addressed when I arrived. All intercoms are now working and I have them tested on a weekly basis. It is possible that we do not have the correct phone number for you in the system.
