Been here for 1.5 yrs and got no compliants. It's an apartment, can't expect 100% roach free, just gotta keep things clean. Left out food calls the roaches. I can't hear my neighbors, sometimes I hear a few dogs barking outside but that's okay cuz if I get a dog, it'll probably bark too. The apartments are close to the metro and they have a shuttle so I don't have to take a bus or walk to the metro. Groceries are across the street and i call my aparment my home. The carpet outside my apartment room are a little dirty but the carpet in my apartment is clean.

Wow, lol. The General Mgr. is soooo happy and desperate for a positive review, he is actually going to shampoo this guy's apt. hallway carpet - something that should've been done in the first place!!! Did this reviewer say that you can't expect an apt. to be completely roach-free?! Ummm, where have you been living?!?! Lol - heck yes u can expect an apt. to be roach free!!! I've always lived in apts. and NEVER had a roach problem in any of my places! I have 2 friends that live in EOS and there are so many roaches, they have their own condo association. Absolutely unacceptable - I thank God I never moved there.
