I've lived at Eos for 2 years now and overall I like my apartment. My biggest complaint was that the call box at the front door didn't work and it was a hassle for me to order out or have friends over because I had to go down and open the door. Since that was fixed two months ago I don't really have any complaints. Parking is tight but I have been told that they are going to have people park their motorcycles in set locations to free up some spaces and they are starting to allow people to reserve the spaces that are one in front of the other because people have been taking up two spaces so I'll see how that works out.

I think I'm going to have to nickname that person The Roach. Apparently he/she has roaches living outta their ears! I like my home as well and have no roach problems at all. Parking in front of my building isn't bad at all. I live right by the main entrance.
