I moved in about two weeks ago and I like my apartment. I just moved here from Chicago so I am always getting lost. I love that the grocery store is right across the street, a Best Buy right up the street and a dry cleaners on site.

haha, you guys are such haters. They never said that best buy was an important amenity... I live in Building N and have no friends who work for mgt here but I must say that I like the fact that everything is close by. 495 is up vandorn and 395 is on the opposite side... Shopping is close and work is even closer (for me). I have no issues with my place and am happy but annoyed by people lowering the ratings to this community b/c others are dirty and allow roaches in their apartments. Rent is good, my dog is happy, my husband and I are quite content living here as well.

What do you care if I like having a Best Buy up the street? I like that everything is very convenient to where I live, what is your problem with that? Oh and um no... I don't work in a rental office.

oh Umm ,I don't care.I'm speaking to the non-22% who are not satisfied. I'm also making a point of how (obvious oblivious to your species) stupid making a point that having a Best Buy close by is actually an amenity. Perhaps you aren't a plant post. Even more sad.
