My Girlfriend and I have lived at Eos 21 for a year and just renewed our lease. We have a 1 bedroom 1 bath and don't have any major issues. Parking can be bad at night if you come home late but they are beginning to rent out the double parking spaces so we are going to do that and that should solve our problem. The bottom line is I get a nice size apartment and I don't have to pay $2,000 a month for it.
