I DO NOT RECOMMENDED EOS 21 to anybody because of the following reasons:
-Parking is horrible, I always have to park far away from my apartment, and walked in the cold at night.
-There is no security personnel on site, and few months ago, somebody got shot in his apartment.
-The maintenance people have poor workmanship. The dishwasher was broken, so my boyfriend called to schedule a maintenance; but the worker never came to fix it.
-There are cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen and bathroom.
-They recently moved the trash site, so you can no longer dump the trash inside the building. You have to carry your trash and walk for 10 minutes to dump your trash, this is very inconvenient.
-The paint inside the bathtub started to peel off after couple months.
Overall, the only advantage of this apartment is the price. You get what you pay for. I recommend you pay a little extra to live somewhere else.

Hello Joe Crick, I am glad that someone is doing something about it. As a PR person, I understand how important it is to keep your apartment's image positive in public's eyes. Unfortunately, I have made my decision and moved out the apartment last month, because I couldn't take it anymore. Thank you for offering to help. I hope to see you continuing to improve the apartment condition.

ESJLy-are you one of the tenants here that lets their dog crap all over the walkways and casually walks off or one that lets their dog bark constantly and management does nothing about it? but thank God they don't have roaches,,Woof

I constantly tell people on this thing, keep your place clean and you won't have roaches.. If you have food or even crumbs laying out- that is a FEAST for roaches. I dont have any roaches OR food out in my apartment. Also- i think the purpose of getting rid of the trash site in the building was to prevent more unwanted visitors (like roaches) in the building... I have a dog and walk him all over the community.. i doubt it really takes 10 minutes to get to the trash compacter.. seriously.. Parking is good for me, it must be the building. Talk to management, they're pretty responsive; i've noticed they reply to many of these posts.

Hello takolee, I am very disappointed to hear about your experience. If you are a current resident please contact me if any of your issues are still outstanding. My e-mail address is jcrick@bozzuto.com. I would like to address a couple of the issues on your post. Parking: I am currently working on addressing the parking issues. I have added motorcycle parking as I have noticed that there are several motorcycles taking up additional spaces, today I sent out a flyer asking residents that need handicap parking to contact me so that I can be sure we do not have too many spaces (During a parking lot inspection I noticed there were up to 5 handicap spots by one of the buildings), Tandem parking spaces are not being utilized to their fullest (I'm sure you have seen cars parked in the middle taking up two spaces) to solve this I am allowing people to reserve these spaces at $10 ea per month to make sure they are utilized to their fullest (contact the office for details). I think within the next 30 days you should see improvement in the parking situation. In regards to security, we actually use off duty police officers and have 5 that live onsite. The maintenance staff: I review service requests on a daily basis to make sure that requests are taken care of in a timely manner. I'm not sure what happened with your request but if you need anything going forward please contact me directly, I will personally make sure you are taken care of. Pest issues: One of the main reasons for removing trash chutes from the buildings was to get rid of any pests in the buildings. ESJLy is correct that removing the food source will keep bugs out of your apartment. Contact me with your apartment number and I will get pest control over to your unit on Monday and we will see what the problem is and get it solved for you.
